The Listen Movement respects your privacy. We collect the information you give us, such as your name, contact information, and program or donation details, and basic website analytics. We use it to run our programs, communicate with you, process and acknowledge gifts, keep participants safe, and report to funders in summary form.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (such as our donation and email platforms), when you consent, or when the law requires. Information about participants under 18 is shared only with a parent’s or guardian’s permission, except as required by law.
We do not knowingly collect information online from children under 13 without a parent’s consent. We take photos or recordings for our materials only with a signed release.
You may ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or to stop receiving non-essential messages, by emailing info@thelistenmovement.org with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We respond within 30 days.
